In the work

Coaching shaped by real miles, real courses, and real race days.

Training is more than numbers. Pack dynamics, technical choices, terrain, confidence, and the energy of a team all matter when the ride gets hard.

Race craft Reading terrain, position, pace, and the group.

Community High standards, shared effort, and unmatched stoke.

The N8 method

Race-earned.
Science-informed.
Athlete-first.

Data matters. Context matters more. N8 uses both to build fitness that shows up when the course gets hard.

01

Start with the athlete

Your training history, goals, schedule, stress, equipment, and motivation shape the plan—not the other way around.

02

Make every session legible

You know what to do, how hard to do it, and why it belongs in the week.

03

Build, recover, adapt

Progress comes from the right stress at the right time, followed by enough recovery to absorb it.

04

Prepare for race reality

Pacing, fueling, skills, starts, traffic, course demands, and decision-making are part of performance too.

03

Start with a clear plan

Your training arrives with purposeful sessions, practical guidance, and priorities you can understand.

04

Build technical riding skills

Develop cornering, descending, climbing technique, line choice, body position, and confidence for your discipline.

05

Review and adapt

Feedback, recovery, school, work, travel, and performance all inform what happens next.
